Since you will have to bleed all of the brakes I would suggest replacing all of the hoses, not just that one. If one is going bad, then they all are on their way.

By the way, are you sure that its not the wheel bearing that is getting hot?

I would jack up the front & examine. If the pads on 1 caliper are worn, change them while you have the calipers off. If the rotor is warped by the heat, replace or turn. Minimum thickness is stamped into the edge of the rotor. MBZ rotors are beefy enough at least on my SD to turn once. If hose(s) are cracked or otherwise suspect, replace both (all). Deciding on the caliper may take thought. Reman are way less expensive and some brands are problematic. Then there is the question of changing 1 or both. I'd probably do both if 1 caliper is bad & be finished with that end of the car. Putting new seals in used to be standard procedure. You want to repair enough so that the entire system is in good shape else you'll be working on the next weak link that you didn't take care of now.
