Losing my buddy Rudy!

I made the mistake of offering a car to somebody and they picked the 300SDL over the Volvo 960!
(Imagine that!) I tried telling them that the SDL is a Diesel and it takes much more work than the Volvo, but they really want it and I have to let something go so Rudy will be driving off into the sunset.

I have not driven him in a while since he is in NY and I am in NOLA, but I will miss the old oil burner.

I will still participate in the forum - and I will get rid of the 960 and get a proper Mercedes again one day.

If anybody has an R-107 cheap, a 300 SDL, or a 190e or d they want to get rid of let me know

since you asked

I have a 1987 300SDL for sale ( <-- click on link) in the Cars Forum; located in Memphis, TN. Take the train up from NOLA and drive it "home".

Thanks!!

Let me see what I am going to do with the 960 - maybe a swap for a 300SDL?

I will know what the decision will be in a few days or so. It is hard doing these things by remote control from NOLA to NY to NOVA to Pa!
