Thanks for this information: I have the trouble since I lubricated the tumbler with graphite I have a hard time to get the key in and also turning is sometimes difficult. I guess I need to exchange the tumbler for this reason. There are too may stories of stuck tumblers.
But you say the reason the key is not turning back from position 3 to 2 is the switch.
Can I exchange the glow/switch and the tumbler or would I need the entire unit?
