Lubricant for seat rails?
I'm in the process of fixing my 240D drivers seat... disassembling, swapping in a new seat bottom cushion, etc... everything is able to move, but very reluctantly. Is there a recommended lubricant to put in the rails so that they work smoothly for a long time?
And wow, the driver's side rail assembly is a lot more complicated than the passenger side donor seat I've got! Kurt

Yeah, I knew that in theory... the mechanism is so gummed up, though, that I've never been able to experience it!
