Gotcha. I thought the pump was in the trunk, maybe attached to an auxiliary tank.

Check with folks with auxiliary tanks to see how they get fuel lines from the trunk to the engine. Also check with folks with gasser 126s to see how wires run to the fuel pump/s ahead of the right rear wheel.
