Custom Shifter Knob
As some of you know I just got my car back on the road after my 4 speed swap. well I got my custom shifter installed, and finally got some pics to share. sorry they are cell phone cam pics. I keep forgetting to take the pictures, and today i was sitting in my car waiting for someone and snapped some pics.
About 4 years ago I built this shifter for my Toyota. its some 1/2 steel with colt 45 grips on ether side.   So in keeping with a theme I thought what better for the Mercedes then a pair of Mauser broom-handle grips. or as I told my sisters Star Wars loving boyfriend, the blaster of Han Solo.     and for reference Mauser broom-handle  Hans Blaster
