Turn Signal Problem Solved with new Relay

I've had a fast blinker for quite a while. I replaced two bulbs and still couldn't solve it...

Turned out to be the relay that is just in front of the shifter. Much nicer not having that fast blink. I'm posting so others can find this easily in the future.
