Rear Sway Bar Bushings

I have looked at several parts sites incuding Fastlane and cannot find a listing for Rear Sway Bar Bushings. Every site has the front bushings.
Are the front the same as the rear?

Maybe try searching for rear stabilizer bar bushings or rear torsion bar bushings. It has to be out there somewhere.

The first two pics are of the rear, the third of the front.

Doesn't seem to be any swappable parts.

No way. The front is much larger. Are your bushings bad? It is a rare part to fail. Sure you don't need something else?

I have replaced all four subframe mount/bushings, all three diff mount/bushings, sway bar links, LCA's, Bilstein shocks and the half shafts. The remaining links look newer and are all solid feeling, It is better but, not as good as it should be. The car was steering from the rear. The rear sway bar bushings are tired looking. I was trying to eliminate worn parts in the rear before I started on the front end.
The steering damper and the center link? that it connects to are newer by the PO and I just had the lower ball joints checked. It's a windy day here and the wind is pushing the car around more than it should.

I don't believe that those are the correct parts for the OP's T124.

On a 124 there is a link that goes more or less horizontally straight forward from the rear axle with a rubber bush on each end. They typically don't last 100K and if bad the car will sway like a drunken sailor. I'd look for that first on a 124 chassis.

The pics are for a 124.133.

Different bushings.

Item #20 has a ball joint at the top, perhaps something similar at the bottom.

Here is my post on this from a while back...I just got mine from a local dealer because nothing came up online at my normal vendors:

http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w124-e-ce-d-td-class/1506544-rear-sway-bar-bushing-part-number.html

And in short, here is the part number:

List is $3.50 which means my local dealer will want $10.50 each. I don't miss a chance to berate their 3x list for small/low price items policy. Can't go wrong with FastLane and Lee.
