My passenger rear window wont go up all the way, all the way up except the last 2 inches. What is going on? Anybody else have this problem?

Don't know what its called, so....The clip on the block that the cable moves and attaches to the bottom of the window has rotated. It can be rotated back. The metal clip is pinned to the plastic block which is old and brittle. Don't be rough with it (I'm looking for a new one).

WOW! Wife screwed it up now. She kept rolling it up and rolling it down and now it does not go up at all! I took door panel off and got the glass up, put a piece of wood under it so it will stay up. I need a window regulator, going to junkyard soon.
