True enough. I just happened upon the 2.24 lsd in a euro 500se at the wrecker awhile back. My old diff had some serious problems internally so it's just the route I went. There's some pics somewhere on here of the failure. Really it's just a matter of preference I guess. The current diff seems just fine for me
