Identify these linkage switches 1990 300D
I looked thru all the drawing I could find here and outside, but still don't know what purpose these serve. the two switches have small wheels on the ends. The white plastic ramp block has a groove worn in it from the small wheel being seized up. It's worn flat a third of the way thru. Do these affect the way the engine performs, or the trans?? I know the kickdown is behind the accelerator pedal, so what could these be for? Anybody know? Thanks
