300sd is finally gonna get some work done.

so this year for taxes it was a decision to either buy a newer car or put 2k into the sd. about 5 years ago i redid the entire front suspension exept for lower control arm bushings(i know, what was i thinking?). i put shocks on it, flex disks, tie rods, upper control arms, ect. the time has come to do the lower control arm bushings, as well as all bushings in the rear end. ive got a couple of questions on it. one, would it be a good idea to put new eccentric bolts in?

also, the drivers seat has been having issues. the motor will run, but it wont move the seat. almost like a stripped gear. is there something that commonly goes bad?

the odometer, the gear busted years ago. does anyone have a link to buy the gear?

the a/c compressor, last year i spent the time and money to fully redo the a/c. after i determined no leaks i charged it with r12. worked great, and then 3 weeks later i noticed a puddle of yellow(dyed oil) oil. i realized the front seal on the compressor had gone bad. otherwise the compressor is fine. anyone know a part # or am i gonna have to try and match one up?

last question, and a big one. i am familiar enough with auto transmissons in gonna go ahead and rebuild this one. my only question is, the kit doesnt come with the steel spacers that go in the clutch packs. has anyone had any problem reusing them?
