W123 Sedan Door Seals - URO Brand?
I'm thinking of replacing all four door seals on my '83 300D. All of the usual online retailers seems to stock only Uro brand seals, plus for some odd reason a couple of them sell a Lemfoerder brand seal for the right rear window only. (???)
Are Uro seals a quality product, or is this something that one should buy OEM only, like most people recommend with the windshield seal? If OEM is the way to go, does anyone have any idea what the dealer charges for these items? |

I'd not even consider uro for a door seal. dealer or O.E. only for me.

I used Uro windshield and rear window seals in my 240 and they have worked well, for a few years anyway.
I bought a driver's door seal from one of the online places a few years ago, not sure of the brand, the door was whistling in a cross wind. The seal did nothing to help the whistling, I was and still am irritated that my $50 seal didn't fix the problem.

+1 for OE dealer seals
I got URO seals, took one look at the quality and fit, and returned them.
