Fixed it!!!! The wire underneath going to the downshift solenoid was broken. I ohmed the pedal switch, is was ok. It was also getting 12v. Ohmed from the switch to the solenoid, nothing. Checked the wire and found the break. Fixed it and now it shifts @ 5000 rpm and will downshift 2 gears now.

It shifts @ 5000 rpm now under full throttle. Right at the little dots on the speedo.
