All of the cars I see for sale are always beat up, where do you find the best place to look for nice quality cars is?

West coast cars are hit or miss, either in pristine condition or toasted.

My price range is limited however due to the fact I do not NEED another vehicle. My upper spending limit is $4k.

I am tired of looking at junk.
