High Mileage Questions

I'm considering purchasing another w123 Mercedes. This time, I'm looking at a 1982 240D manual transmission that is a one owner car with 367K miles on it. I know from my old 300D that 300,000 miles isn't necessarily a deal breaker, as that old girl is still running great.

From what I've gleaned about the history of the car, it has been owned from new by one older man who meticulously maintained it and garaged it every day. As such, it's pristine in terms of its paint, interior, and lack of rust....even the cruise works.

In reality, is the 367K miles a deal breaker, in particular for one with a manual transmission?

Thanks for any thoughts and comments.
