replacement plastic tabs on wood trim?

Im refinishing the wood trim on my car. Pulled the trim and discovered that most of the plastic "J" (or "L" shaped?) plastic brackets are broken (which explains why the trim was so loose). Anyone knows about where to get replacements for these?
