What are anyone's experiences with the quality of Programa rebuilt electronic components? Is the quality as good as new, or is there some sacrifice in quality and anticipated longevity?

I remember when I had GDL rebuilt my cruise amp they didn't think much of the quality of Programa's cruise amps....

I may need to buy a new klima relay....trying to figure out if it's worth it to spend 50% more for a new one.

My experience with them is from buying a car with one of their climate controls. It worked and it was a few years old. Don't have the car anymore, so I don't know if it's still working.
