Replacing fuel return line... @#%$!!!!
99 E300TD
I need to replace the return line #119 in drawing. But it looks like you have to remove the manifold to get to the banjo bolt! Say it isn't so!! Any help

Its so. The banjo is on the cyl head side of the IP; under the IM.
20nm on IM bolts.

Got to love it!
Well, I've removed the head bolts but there seems to be a plethora of bolts-fasteners-circlips-etc, that are also holding the IM fast. What else should I be looking for...other that an acetylene torch? |
