need help....did a search but couldn't find what i needed...my air filter housing is loose...looks like the bracket is broken underneath...my question is how do i get the bolt out by the turbo...i dont need to get the one in back out because that is where the bracket is broke and i could get to the one on the side but the one by the turbo has me strumped...any help is appreciated

I know I used a wobble extension on one of mine.
