Leaking Power Steering Fluid, but from where?

Hi,

There was a bit of fluid leaking out from under the cap of the power steering pump, but I fixed it by cleaning out the gasket and the surfaces beneath it, then flipping the gasket over. Completely dry on the top. But, there is still quite a bit of fluid dripping down from underneath and landing on the top of the AC compressor and eventually on the driveway. This seems to be pretty new -- I never had this much PS fluid before. I took some pictures and attached them. Is it the seal? Do I need a new PS pump? Can I buy a repair kit and repair the seal? I've seen seals and seal/oring kits for sale but don't really know how to deal with it myself...Thanks!
