Should be pretty straight forward to trace it out and determine how to route the line out/in. The hardest part will be working up underneath the dash because of the position.

Why would I work under the dash? Shouldn't I just be able to replace that part by the linkage, that white plastic part?

Yea, sorry about that. I had the throttle cable on my mind for some reason. It should be on the throttle linkage parts breakdown.

I guess the FSM calls it the adjusting screw?

At times I have trouble going from an FSM schematic to an actual repair. How would I go about replacing the adjusting screw?

It will be tomorrow before I will be able to take a look to provide details on how to repair. I need to take a look at the one in the shop to refresh my memory.

While I want to do the repair, am I safe to let it go for a while? What's the risk? It's the very end that broke such that I'm still able to have the screw drive fully screwed in.
