If you stick with the existing 4 speed you should not have any issues. There were issues with using the later style 4 speed transmissions. You will have to cut and balance your driveshaft since everything is moved back. The shift linkages will also need to be cut to fit. As I recall you will need to put in the 300 motor mounts, if they aren't new you would want to replace them anyhow. The radiator from the donor 300D was used albeit sent to a shop for cleaning and that appears to work just fine in up to the 90F weather I drove it in a few times.
Are you using a 240D flywheel?
The gray area is the turbo and exhaust manifold on the right (passenger side of the car) I understood it would not fit due to the frame rail interference unless the car is a late 84 or 85 engine...
