Does anyone have any good pics of a w123 sedan sporting a nice, classic style roof rack? Like a nice chrome one or something? And does anyone know of any companies that make one? I think I'd like to get one for my car.

I wonder if one could modify a 123 wagon roof rack for a sedan. There are three towers on a wagon but I'm not sure if the bars in between come out if you take the towers off. I wouldn't be surprised if they did. You could use two towers and make the bar the length you need. On the wagons the towers are bolted on from inside the car. The headliner has to come out, but it would look stock and be all MB parts.
