On which car?

Not to be a nag, but if you're doing any wrenching on an MB and you don't have the little "Tech Specs" manual, you're missing out on a TON of info.

VPsnark need not reply

I removed the rearmost driver's side bolt from the subframe bushing.
Jacked up the driver's side. The subframe did not sag enough to get the puller in. In fact I don't think it dropped a bit. Using a pry bar did not move the subframe any lower.

I am thinking this may be a good indication that the subframe mounts are fine and do not require replacing as preventative maintenance.

Should both rear mounts be removed at the same time?
Could the bushing be seized to the mounting pin?

Ideas please.

Still don't know the correct torque, have estimated 50 pounds should be about right???

I could use plan "B" and smash the heck out of them with a hammer and chisel but would rather use the puller.
