Good question. From what I've read on this site and others I believe the North American market received the same cars, but I could be wrong. I assumed he was in VT from his name. Like many others he makes us guess at location instead of listing it for us. Witness protection perhaps?

Well I think I have to eat crow on this one. If I'd read his location better I would have known he lives in VT near the Canadian border.
