Alldata
I would be interested in the group's thoughts on ALLDATA products. Their website (alldata.com) says that for $24.95, "you get access to recall information, Full Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and comprehensive diagnostic and repair information" for one vehicle for one year. The info is updated quarterly. It costs $14.95 to renew for a year or to add additional vehicles. Does anyone have comments pro or con?

I have this on all my cars. For the cost, if it can save me one trip to the shop, it's paid for itself. The electrical diagrams are good, but the other data is lacking. I wish it had more "exploded views". The service bulletins are also good.

Well, I signed up earlier today. BUT, the very first thing I went to check on...was incomplete. I have a 1991 190e 2.6 and I wanted the job hours for a valve guide replacement and it said that it had it but it was incomplete.
Called and cancelled. It did have TSBs though. brookspw
