Mercedes Benz 1983 300SD Gas Pump Leak - YouTube

There seems to be a gas pump leak. Tightening the pump did nothing. I noticed it before I went to seafoam and replace the small gas filter. I also cleaned the head, replaced the air filter, put a soft screen on the start of the air filter, cigarette butt'd the tachometer amplifier, haha.

The second gen units are 14 pole (left) and 10 pole (right) connectors. I think they're different than first gen stuff.

Heres the climate control PDF for Post 1986 cars:

Thanks, I really need to get into this, I only have one setting: high defrost with the blower sandblasting my windshield clean!

I need info and help as to where to even start. Electrical Benz stuff is not my forte.

Does all the buttons do this? Or just one button works period?

Look here about half way done. With a 12 pin connector, you're probably an "early model 126" Middle-aged Mercedes Electrical Repairs

You're probably looking at connector 2.

1 bk/vi temp dial
2 br grd
3 bk/wt ref
4 bk/bu/yl monovalve ctrl
5 bk/gn/wt blower
6 bk/yl/rd center flap
7 br/bu ctr flap switch valve
8 yl/gn fan speed
9 br/wt cold engine lockout
10 bk/rd/vi aux pump
11 bu/vi foot flap switch valve
12 rd/yl + bk/rd pwr +ctr switch valve
Does anybody have this pinout information for the later model 14 pin connector CCU's?

Thank you!
