Is capitalizing all Nouns a German Thing? I'm just wondering, that's all.

I am not sure who this is addressed to?
I know I do not spell or type well and I kind of randomly capitalize some words (don't know why).

In the Factory service Manual there is a whole bunch of nouns that do not get capitalized.

Maybe Funola's Engine has less Blow-by then mine?

In any event the test was on my Engine and does not mean everyone's will react the same.
Who knows the idle speed may even have an effect.

The exterior of the Governor looks like the one in the Pic in post #43.

Mine is a later model that has the larger Plug with a 17mm Hex for the Timing/Locking Pin.

You can use the valve cover from a NA car. The breather hole is bigger and the baffles are less restrictive. However, i dont know how much oil you will be losing to the breather hole from a turbo car using this setup. I wanted to do this not because i wanted to reduce crankcase pressure but to eliminate the oil leak in the rubber elbow. The NA cover has a barb fitting whereas the turbo one is just smooth. There is also a concern of a runaway if the turbo sucks in too much oil from the valve cover of a NA car. I dont know if an oil separator can eliminate the runaway.

On the turbo valve cover if you degreased the inside of the Elbow and the Nipple on the Valve cover with Brake Cleaner and Put some Silicone Sealant on the Nipple when Sealant cures it will glue the Elbow to the Nipple and it should not leak.

On mine when I had the Stock Air Filter/Breather there is supposed to be no Vacuum in the Housing to suck in any Oil Vapor. The Vapor is on the way to the Air Filter/Breather because there is some pressure pushing it.

Unless there is something extremely abnormal going on I don't think with either Valve Cover the Engine is going to run away on the Oil Vapor.

On the Ca. 85 car, the blowby pipe is t'eed to the turbo intake(my concern). The other end goes to the filter housing. The baffles are different too. The NA baffle is hollow while turbo has dividers or inserts afaik.

Maybe the California Valve Cover is different.
If I remember mine has the Sheet Metal piece to keep Oil From splashing into it but inside it is just hollow. I think the Sheet Metal runs insed most of the length of the Valve Cover.

It's funny you guys say this. I was born in Germany half American and German. I wondered and im sure all of my teachers and coworkers wonder why I have a tendency to capitalize nouns. My wife had to point it out to me one day or I would have never noticed.
Or maybe im just bad at spelling and gramer.

It has no effect on blow-by.
