They are very serious... but get written agreement that you get a hard copy of whatever the inspection report says... I said it that way because you are becoming a lawyer...LOL.... You seem like such a nice guy to be going to law school... I am assuming you meant less than a tenth of one semester..... LOL.... Did not really understand how liking a tricked out rice cooker would make the kid like your volvo... aren't those from two different directions ? LOL... Greg
