WANTED: Mahle LX107 or Filtertech FT4170 Air Filter for 1985 300D California (Trap Ox

Hi all,
I'm looking for a Mahle LX107 or Filtertech FT4170 engine air filter for my 1985 Mercedes 300D California edition. This model has the trap oxidizer emissions setup, which requires the cylindrical air filter (Mercedes OE part number 6170940104).
I've searched extensively — most retailers show it as discontinued or out of stock, and even eBay listings have dried up. If anyone has:

New old stock (NOS)
A gently used filter in good condition
A lead on a supplier or stash of these filters

…I’d be very grateful. Willing to pay a fair price and cover shipping. Located in NYC.
