Those are the 2 main oil leaks that I found. I lifted the car over the weekend and degreased the whole engine with a pressure cleaner. Now after about 75 miles I took the car to a shop and put it on a lift to see where my leaks are. Just trying to get an idea of the scope of work to fix these leaks. I have also noticed that if I get on the gas before the engine fully heats up I get a cloud of blue smoke the first time I mash the gas but if I do it again it just lets out a little grey smoke. My dad seems to think that the knocking/overheating may me caused by an injector that is damaged and putting too much fuel into the engine but I feel like that would cause more black smoke behind the car. Performance on the car is excellent, very peppy. The valve adjustment was done, I flushed the cooling system and burped the system (made a slight difference) but the car will still reach 100 degrees with the AC off. Now when it goes over 90 I turn the heat on to keep the car at 85-90 degrees but in Florida it's a bit rough with the heat we have here. The thermostat was also changed. Ideas? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

Left picture looks like a leak at the fitting for the line that goes to the oil pressure gauge.

Sixto I just realized how dumb that was to post the pics without explaining.. Yea so the left picture is the oil filter housing, I'm sure the line for the oil pressure gauge must have an o ring in it that is apparently dead, the right picture is the passenger side of the car, looking from the bottom. It is right under the turbo, you can see the cap for the high side of the AC in the right of the picture

It would surprise me if there's an o-ring. It looks like a compression fitting that either came loose or got deformed.

Exhaust smoke that occurs after the engine sits or idles can be worn valve stem seals.

Overheating could be a lazy fan clutch and/or dirty radiator and condenser cores. Blow them out from the engine side. Better still, remove the radiator for a more thorough cleaning. Go easy on the fins - they bend easily.

Thanks sixto, I will be checking out that fitting tomorrow to see what's going on. As far as the radiator I would be very surprised that its the culprit. I did a descale to the radiator twice already. The first time, I did get quite a bit of calcium that came out and the second time it was a lot less. I know that this car has the wrong diff and is running at high RPMs s the diff is the original from the 240d bout to overheat at 60 mph when the car can reach 93 seems a bit off to me. I do not know the RPMs that I am running at as I also have the original instrument cluster from that car without tach. I have also noticed that when I keep a constant speed in city driving the car is happy but if I'm in a rush and constantly accelerating from stop lights and passing cars I'll see temps begin to rise past 90

I meant to clean the outside of the radiator.

When engine temp is above 90, pop the hood and kill the engine. Does the fan coast to a stop or just about stop in place?

Ohh I will have to look into doing that, I will also check that on the fan the next time I get into the car

clean the oil line better, and see if it's from the line itself, or the fitting.
the turbo oil could be from many places... I'd look at the oil feed line and see if its gasket is bad, or the drain line, but it looks good in the pic. it could also be drippage from the air filter oil catch can drain...

Had engine at 90 degrees, shut off, fan spun for about an extra second making a clicking noise

Fan clutch is bad.. Rolled up a magazine after my drive to work, put it in the fan and I was able to stop it
