what would be of paramount concern to me is the compression readings. On STD, you say they were a spread between 300 and 330 psi?
my info says that minimum compression would be 217 psi, and decent health engine being between 350 and 430 psi. Can someone verify this? Still, since they are all very close in readings, id be considering grabbing another gauge or having a second opinion on the compression first before writing off the engine as tired. |
