OM606 Timing Chain Replacement: What else?

Forum members,
I'm getting ready to do the timing chain on the 99' E300. I currently have 4 degrees of "chain stretch" according to my last test. My understanding is 5 degrees is replacement point. What else should be addressed while in there?

I replaced my headgasket in August 2011 along with a whole ton of parts during that project. Here's what was replaced: Water pump, viton fuel return lines, valve cover gasket, injectors tested/fixed by bosch shop, fan clutch, radiator, radiator hoses, white plastic fuel lines... and more stuff that I'm forgetting.

What else should be checked while the timing chain is being replaced?
