Agreed, it could be 100, 200, or 300 and ninety-one thousand miles for all we know. Without the extra digit, there is no way to know for sure.

This is in Gadston Ala, for $200. I kinda wanna save it. Rough old mg could be used for parts or flower garden . Must be towed . Motor is disassembled and floor pans are rotted away.

If the floor pans are rotted it's way beyond any possibility of saving and the engine in these was worthless from new .

FWIW , the final drive and front disc brakes are worth something as other old British cars can use them for upgrading .

I wish I had a dollar for every time someone mistakes the W140 double-pane windows for bulletproof.

Complete body shells can be had from the original dies for some Brit cars.

As for the Bullet proof glass, I'd ask them to what caliber then make a deal if the bullet they fire does not go through I'd pay X. If it does go through I'd walk away.

I have a 75MGB that I bought new that has turned into a rust bucket. I kick myself thinking about it. It would have been a barn find now except that I needed the space and moved it out with the intent of fixing it.

It really only needed a little work when I parked it. I just got tired of working on it all of the time. The exhaust dropping off at less than 5000 mi was the 1st indication that it would take wrenches. The manifold cracked and a friend of mine gave me a set of what are now old SUs that I'm going to flea bay along with the manifold.
