Left side signal light won't cancel
I was wondering if someone has the part number of the signal light cancellation device? Is there a possible adjustment that could be made to the unit?. I sure would like the PN if you have it?

Any particular car in mind? If it's a Benz, the combination switch in the steering column is probably at fault although there's a low possibility it's the relay.

If you poke around a bit here and elsewhere online, there is method to help the older turn signals stay on when you want them on, and to cancel when you want them to cancel. I used a method similar to this on my w115:
PeachPartsWiki: Self-Canceling Turn Signal Indicator Fix On a newer car, I have no idea if this is relevant. If you need a part number, we need to know what car.

A W123 car has a turn signal mechanism similar to the one 108 car shown in the link. Notching it with a small file as shown works on a 123. The turn signal switch is not hard to remove. The Haynes manual shows how to do it, but you probably don't even need a book to figure it out. I don't know about the 124 car, but I bet it is similar to a 123. On a 203 car, the mechanism is plastic. Completely different, not repairable.
Edit: It just dawned on me that the issue in this case is that the turn signal does not cancel, rather than the usual issue that the turn signal lever will not stay latched in the ON position. In either case, the same mechanism is involved. Once you have the turn signal lever unit (AKA combination switch) out in your hand, you should be able to operate it manually and see what the problem is. In this case you probably will not need to improve the notch with a file. Maybe the problem is dried out grease or something along that line.
