1999 Mercedes Benz300E Turbo Diesel

When i start the car, the glow plug lights come back on again and when the car starts it doesn't go smooth it kinda starts funny and after a while the engine is running smooth, and i thought it was the glow plugs. If the glow plugs or the relay is the problem, I request some detail and some photos on how to change the glow plugs step by step not to brake any. What is the best requirement for this job to do well? Is there any special tool(s) to clean the chamber after you remove the old glow plugs? Thank you for your help. (engine size = 606,962 MB 300E TD 1999)
