Sheared off the set screw on one of my rotors today. Any tips for getting it out of the hub?

The allen screw? If there is anything to grab, try vice grips and a torch. If nothing, then file it down until its flat, and use a small drill bit to drill it out.

If its the allen screw, use liberal amounts of PB and then drill it out.

I would make a tight slot in it with a dremel cutter, then use an impact driver (drill) to back it out

Make it flush, it it with PB or Kroil and then mark it dead center with a center punch.
Get some left handed drill bits and start with a small one. Drill in and gradually use bigger bits. Left handers are trying to unscrew the bolt as they drill in. If you are very careful you can get the remainder to unscrew but you need to get a lot of the bolt out to do so
