I seem to only have one hole. I will look again. I ended up grinding an angle on the end of the allen wrench. I only fooled with a little while after that.
Just so I am clear,
I can turn the key to the first position to the point the radio comes on but no glow plugs. I turn it back and align the slot. I can then insert the allen about an inch and a half. This is where I am having the trouble. The collar will turn about 1/6" cw/ccw but no further. I dont seem to feel anything in there.
On another note after all the jiggling and fiddling I was able to get it started and move it out of the middle of the driveway and up to the garage. Then the next try no love!
