Thanks for all the help! I got back to working on it yesderday, success!
I was poking around in the wrong slot/hole. I used a flashlight to look in there and see the other hole. Once in the proper place it was not a bad job. I did have a little trouble getting the key out. It took me longer to get the key out than the whole tumbler out.
I called the dealer and it will take a couple days to get the new one.

While everyone has locks on their minds........
Many years ago I changed the entire lock assembly. Now it's starting to hang up. Would like to just change out the tumbler assembly. Can I just take the dash cover plate off, use the "clip", and unscrew the black cover?
