1983 300D Trans question
I am trying to reseal my transmission. The plan is to R&R the trans and reseal the front pump & torque converter seals. While it is out I am going to reseal several seals on the side of the trans. I have found all but one seal and I am tying to find out what they call this part of the trans. I am looking for the area directly behind the B-2 valve and or above the kick down solenoid. This area is held by 3 allen bolts. There is also a circular clip about one inch in diameter that has a seal behind it. What is the name of this area of the transmission so I can get the correct parts to reseal this area. Thanks John
