Does anyone have access to a wiring schematic for the power windows on a W123 (specifically a 1983 300D)? Suddenly both the front and rear right (passenger) side windows stopped working today. I know it is not the fuses as the right front window and left rear are on the same fuse and the left rear window works fine. Also the right rear and left front are on the same fuse and the left front works fine.
I suppose it could be the switch(es), went out, but what are the odds of them for both windows going out at the same time. Any help is appreciated. I'm going to start probing around and do voltage and ground checks in the next day or so when I have time, so a schematic would be great. Many thanks, Glenn

The Front Doors have a Junction/Terminal Block for the Power Windows at the Bottom front. On Mine I found the Screws had become loose on both of the Window Motor Wires.
You need to loosen the lower part of the Panel to get at them and that includes un-hooking the Plastic Map Pouch. The Window Motors are not grounded through the Motor Body like a Starter Motor is. If You hook the Window Motor Wires direct to the Battery the Window will go one direction. If you swap the wires to opposite Poles the Window goes the other direction. Not hard to do on the Front Window. On the Rear Window the Wires Window Motor Wires are part of the Electrical Connector. When I wanted to test the Motor I took the Connector apart and located which of the 2 Went to the Window Motor so I could hook Jumper Wires to them. At least that way you can get the Widows Closed if they are open.
