Howdy,

I was reading several threads here but nobody really said "I'm using this coolant or that one", everyone is just recommending something.
I want to know what coolant/antifreeze you are using or have used?
If you switched from one brand to another, why?

I am looking into the original MB coolant but the price is a bit to steep, almost $25 per gallon and I will need 3 gallons to refill.

Presumably people are recommending what they use. Anyway, what I use (and what I recommend you use) is Zerex G-05 (same as the MB stuff, but cheaper). You can get a gallon for about $17 at Napa (add distilled water to make two gallons). If you drain your radiator you will need almost exactly two gallons to refill. I have your exact car and did this a short time ago, so it's fresh on my mind.
