Hello fellow Peachparters. Hoping someone can help me find a replacement alternator pulley for my '85 300TD. It's a double pulley, so it is like trying to locate the holy grail. There are not many bone yards around here and especially with these cars, so I'm stretched.

I lost the stock pulley and had to replace the alt and could only get a single pulley from auto parts guys here. It seems to be working but I have had to tighten belt 3-4 times since install and think this may be because of too much stress. (I used a better quality- notched belt). I am guessing there's a reason they use double belts for this.

Anyhow, dealer wants like $130-160 for the pulley...arrg. Hoping someone here might be able to help. Thanks!
