I wish the PO hadn't neglected maintenance for 13 years then had a blind man do the safety before selling it to his own son.

Caveat emptor and all that but ****, I shouldn't have to apply it to family

ill settle for working parking brakes on all cars, none of which are functioning at this time. I just hate fixing them.
