"Sunroof doesn't work, otherwise minty"

=sunroof got stuck open and now the car is a multi-level, fully insulated apartment for squirrels.

"Paint shows age"

=completely covered in moss.

Burns very little gas = Cannot burn much because it does not run.
Comes with lots of extra parts = the rusted fender that was removed three years ago, and leaking radiator, scored rotors, already replaced worn brake pads.

I bought a 115 where the guy said he had put brand new tires on it. Got there and yes the tread was deep... but he bought the tires 17 years earlier.

No title

No title but all you need is a sale receipt = Title impossible or so screwed up it will take hundreds of hours + thou$and$ of dollar$ + lawyers/court action.

At best it's a parts car.

Worst case it's stolen with murder/drugs involved, and law enforcement arrests you, takes it away for return to the owner.

In some states around here, titles were not issued until more recently (i.e., NH), so when I bought a NH car, all I needed to do was go to the MA RMV and show them the last registration from the PO and a bill of sale and I got a title.

"Some Rust Spots" = the only areas not covered with rust have already been eaten away.
