Burns very little gas = Cannot burn much because it does not run.
Comes with lots of extra parts = the rusted fender that was removed three years ago, and leaking radiator, scored rotors, already replaced worn brake pads.

I bought a 115 where the guy said he had put brand new tires on it. Got there and yes the tread was deep... but he bought the tires 17 years earlier.

At best it's a parts car.

In some states around here, titles were not issued until more recently (i.e., NH), so when I bought a NH car, all I needed to do was go to the MA RMV and show them the last registration from the PO and a bill of sale and I got a title.
