Reviving my 1983 euro 300D....

Its a long story on how he got like this, that I would rather not go to deep in...I will summarize it...

Over a year ago, the car was vandalized at my house, I ended up going into a hospital....the landlord took it upon herself to donate it to charity...so she said..

I was browsing through sfbay craigslist and found it being parted out by a german auto garage...I was like omg how did he get it...I called him and said that it is my car! He said he has the title...gave him my name and it was on the title....sent a friend the keys and a copy of my id....so he said of course I could have the car back..

It took me over a month to find someone to bring the car to me, in the middle of no where.

The glass and two tires were done by my friend...what has happen to it by the garage is..

Broke tail light out to get into the trunk to take everything I had in there...all the locking mechanism is missing....smashed my sunroof sun shade...tore the passenger knee panel and kick panel off...removed the bango bolts, blots, crush washer from the fuel filter housing, dented in the spare tire well, stole my triangle, stole the vacuum elements, attempted to steal the headlights, removed the exhaust hangers, took the battery.

As you can see I have a lot of work on my hands, that I will be tackling when I have the funds.

I will need two tires, front/rear windshields, drivers window, passenger front/rear window, new headliner, new parcel shelf, all the parts that were removed, and a lot of cleaning!

After I got it here...I transferred the missing parts to it from my other car, turned the engine by hand till the cams had oil on them, one glow cycle and he popped right off! Turned it around and covered it..

I will keep this thread updated as I go along, if anyone has any parts to donate to the cause...it would be awesome!

Here's some old photos when he was at the garage.
