I'm sick of trouble shooting... but I thought about it for a second and realized this all happened after I put in the new switches. I took the bezel off and unplugged the harness to the hazard switch and plugged my old one back in and replaced the fuse and it worked. Turns out the bezel w/heated seat switches I purchased were from a W208 NOT a W210. Although everything appears identical the wires going to it are not. I just switched my old hazard switch into the new bezel and everything works perfectly now. I basically answered my own question. I'll have to start thinking more before posting it right away so I don't keep looking like an idiot lol.
