What injection pump does my 1981 W123 non turbo 300d have ?

Been looking at the manual and becoming confused. What injection pump does my 1981/non turbo/automatic w123 have? It belches smoke occasionally and surges when going up a very shallow hill. Any ideas and is there anyone that rebuilds them if alas it's necessary.
