Or, rather very little heat coming through the vents. We have installed new brushes in the blower motor and have resoldered the CCU. I have eliminated the monovalve entirely and the aux. water pump appears to be working, I can feel heat on both hoses in/out and with the key on (engine off) we can hear it running. The only thing that I can think of is that a flap is not working...the blower motor sounds like it is moving lots of air, but does'nt seem like it is being diverted to the vents. Is there any info regarding vents or something if that is even a possibility. Thanks.

Just wanted to add that the monovalve was eliminated with a piece of hose and the a/c system has been removed (the compressor and the round evap. thingy in the fender that sits in the hole just behind the passenger side front headlight in the fender).
